Synopsis: Hannah lives alone in a large, remote house on England’s north Norfolk coast, where little has changed in fifty years…the marshes, the sand dunes, the pine forests, the long empty beaches and solitary houses under wide, open skies. She and her late husband bought the house after a life filled with theatre, books and travel. She seems perfectly happy with her poetry, her garden and her much younger friend, Joe, a handsome, mysterious young loner who brings her cannabis to ease the pain of a long illness. When Hannah’s son, Robert arrives with Kate and Sam, his teenage daughter and ten-year-old son, tensions quickly surface. Robert is troubled by Hannah’s intimacy with Joe and is deeply suspicious of his motives, while Kate finds him extremely attractive. Sam, in between, excitedly exploring the nearby ship wreck and roaming the countryside, learns about jealousy and loss.

Synopsis: Following failed attempts to conceive, Jason (Jason Bateman) and Cynthia (Kristen Bell) are close to getting a divorce. In an effort to save their marriage they book a vacation to a couples therapy retreat, called Eden. To save money they encourage their friends to join them, and claim that their friends can enjoy the party activities and not take part in the therapy. Reluctantly their friends, Dave (Vince Vaughn) and Ronnie (Malin Akerman), Joey (Jon Favreau) and Lucy (Kristen Davis), and recently divorced Shane (Faizon Love) and his girlfriend Trudy (Kali Hawk) agree. Upon their arrival to Eden they are sent to the west side of the island, by Sctanley (Peter Serafinowicz). Joey learns that the east side of the island hosts a singles resort, while the west is for couples, and couples are not permitted to travel to Eden East. During their first night Sctanley informs all four couples that they will all have to engage in the therapy or return home. After eating their meal the couples decided that they will attend the therapy so they can enjoy the other benefits the island offers.

Synopsis: A successful Manhattan couple, real estate agent Meryl Morgan (Sarah Jessica Parker) and lawyer Paul Morgan (Hugh Grant) are separated because of Paul’s infidelity. But they are thrust together when they witness a murder and become targets of a contract killer.Federal marshalls whisk away the Morgans from their beloved New York to tiny “Ray, Wyoming,” where they are temporarily put in the custody of the Wheelers (Sam Elliott and Mary Steenburgen), a married couple who are U.S. marshalls. They use the assumed names of Meryl and Paul Foster, who are visiting their cousins, the Wheelers. The killer, meanwhile, tries to track them down.

Synopsis: Paul Giamatti stars as himself, agonizing over his interpretation of “Uncle Vanya.” Paralyzed by anxiety, he stumbles upon a solution via a New Yorker article about a high-tech company promising to alleviate suffering by extracting souls. Giamatti enlists their service — only to discover that his soul is the shape and size of a chickpea. His intention is to reinstate it once he survives the performance but complications ensue when a mysterious, soul-trafficking “mule” borrows Giamatti’s stored soul for an ambitious, but unfortunately talentless, Russian soap-opera actress.
